I spotted this sign in the lobby of a hotel this week, another lost in translation.  For the non Brits, naff is something that is lame.  I guess the mini mart is telling it like it is.  I also don't fancy their stationery!

Quilting Arts Magazine - huh?

I admit I have a love/hate relationship with Interweave the publishers of Quilting Arts, but come on, anyone would have to laugh at this.  How can a digital edition of a magazine be out of stock?

My need for a Whiz Freedom

I know it is a bit early, but I know what I want for Christmas, do you?  Well before I tell you what it is, let me ask you this.  Have you ever wondered if women pee more than men?  Okay, okay, that resounding yes, from my husband apparently answers my question, I do at least!

In a moment of holiday boredom, I picked up a magazine that had been left behind in our house and found a funny article on female urinary devices.  No, not a giant cork as my ever supportive husband has suggested I use, but funnel shaped contraptions.  What a fantastic idea!

Mini Me

This morning I thought, lets have a bit of fun!  Some of you will have seen this, but most people viewing this blog probably haven't.  It was made as part of a spoof television show dvd, that my Coven friends and I made.  The fun for me (apart from the acting), was that I was the only one who knew all the elements of the show we produced.  If you like it, there are more where that came from!
