The NAF minimart

I spotted this sign in the lobby of a hotel this week, another lost in translation.  For the non Brits, naff is something that is lame.  I guess the mini mart is telling it like it is.  I also don't fancy their stationery!

I also couldn't resist posting this picture of a burger that is served in our local pub.  Called a tower burger, it had three burgers, an egg, layers of bacon, cheese, thick onion slices and salad.

Sadly the person who ordered it, despite my begging, would not pick it up and try to eat it like that.  What a spoilsport!
